The cultivation of wine is documented in ancient times and especially in Roman times it was really important.
This importance was especially relevant in Catalonia, giving birth to an important wine industry that still lasts.
During the first half of the twentieth century many farmers made their own wine.
With this workshop as an excuse, students will know an important part of our history and will learn to elaborate their own wine (must) at the same time.
We will detach the grapes, we will crush them with our feet and we will elaborate a delicious must that we could take home.
