Terni lapilli: the game that made the Romans crazy

Ages: 6-12 years. Workshop adaptable to each age bracket.

Workshop duration: about 1 hour.

Location: interior

Dice games, cards and outdoor jogging were common in ancient Rome. In fact, we still practice many of these activities with great devotion. This is the case of Terni Lapilli.

This game has a great similarity to our "three in a row", a game in which you have three chips and you have to try to place them in a row in the board with the opponent trying to prevent it.

The main difference with our game is that the board instead of being square was round.

With our workshop you can make your own lapilli.
